Not bad. But only tablet that is better than both iPad and Galaxy is Microsoft Surface. It is superb as a tablet. Not superb as a laptop because HP Asus and Dell are better.

i'm not sure, but i think sony or canon already put that feature in their later compact camera.
i have the sx700hs and i can send the screen to a smartphone and shot from it (like a remote device).
some sony smartphone already have (or had) this feature too, i remember i tested it, i had the remote Brh10 , i can shoot my tab or cellphone with such device.

If the screen has 18cm height, then it would have 42cm wide.
Not even counting device's frame.
Tablet would have more than 50cm.
Overall size would be more than 2x larger than ipad pro 11".

that was the good old time : that device have real button for major feature (like volume), real storage (sd card slot), real plug (3.5 jack), real connection (IR) without buy accesoiries.

I hope Sony makes a large 21*9 tablet. I know a lot of people are gonna say that's not practical, but it works fine for a phone, and the movie watching experience would be unparalleled. If they also added a mode to act as a display for a Sony camera or Sony phone, that would make the deal even sweeter. I have an LG V60 and I've been wanting an upgrade for larger camera sensors and better gaming performance, but I'm planning to get a camera next year anyways, so I don't know if it might be better to get something like the Lenovo Tab Extreme. If Sony had a high end tablet, that would be my first choice.

Technology back then was full of bizzare and fun experiments. Today is all about fast, fast and getting a tad too boring upgrades that just between having better screens, better battery and better cameras. Shame really.
