JoXim makes a great point. Something with the dimensions of the Edge 30 Neo would be great if they upgrade the processor so it can shoot 4k video.
In 2023 Moto seems to have a big gap between the lower end g series and the Edge series. If you look at the g100 and g200 from a few years ago they had great specs when they were released. The newer g phones seem to all be capped at 1080p video.

That phone is way way better than this trash from Moto.
I don't know what got into Moto this year. Their phones from 2022 were absolutely solid. Now in 2023 they are releasing mid mid phones.
Change of leadership/team/direction? Anyone know?

Ok budget option, but Moto give us something smaller...
Like Edge 30 Neo, great little phone...just with better SoC...like SD7plus gen2....that would be a killer deal.

Nice to see they upgraded the screen to 1080p, a good sign that this series will be better than the Gx3 series since (as pointed out in the article itself) all phones under the G73 had 720p screens, even when their predecessors had 1080p (compare G53 to the G52 or G51 and you'll see what I mean).

I‘m not sure if I prefer 1080p 60Hz over 720p 90Hz.
Also, the picture comparing HD+ to Full HD+ and showing Full HD+ is brighter is one of the biggest false advertisements I‘ve seen from Lenovo.
