Anonymous, 06 Jun 2023Never trust a capitalist company who disobey rules to make unhealthy profits. But Indians have very positive opinion about Samsung right? From the comments made by Indians here, Samsung is the most honest and most trustworthy brand in the world.

Anonymous, 05 Jun 2023Huh? it's because of Samsung incompetence tho, not India.."Interestingly enough, the government official familiar with Samsung's case said that although the company has collaborated and has fixed the issue, "what's gone is gone for the first year", which might mean that Samsung won't be getting those incentives for 2021. Other companies, such as Foxconn and Winstron, received their tax benefits."

Dont get me wrong, Samsung is incompetent for not properly submitting invoices for their claims. I am just surprised that the Indian tax agency still refused to give any leeway after Samsung fixed the discrepancies. Usually tax agencies approve at least partial tax benefits after any mistake is amended. US$108 million is not a small amount even for big company like Samsung.
