Mills, 01 Jun 2023iPhones prioritize the cameras and performance than the display. The display has niceties but ... moreThankfully in this day and age we have phones for that price that excel in all those while not witholding features that have trickled down to even the lower-end ones
Razr 2022: 3500 mAh
Razr 40 Ultra: 3800 mAh
It's being called an Ultra while using last year's chip the 2022 model got. Only 300 mAh more battery capacity while powering a higher refresh rate and bigger cover display. It's a RINO (Razr In Name Only). It looks nothing like Razr from the first two gens. It's more Chinese than American. More Lenovo than Motorola.
This is weird. The plain 40 has a better battery and it seems like camera, too. The big cover screen is neat but the 7 gen 1 is powerful enough that I'd rather take the 40
AnonD-1101735, 01 Jun 2023Exactly, I pay 800/900$ for ANY phone, not just for a foldable, and I expect it to have a HRR ... moreiPhones prioritize the cameras and performance than the display. The display has niceties but they don't always give you everything you expect
Funmap, 01 Jun 2023Why does the phone with the larger external screen get the smaller battery is beyond me.🙄Because ultra is slimmer. And Razr40 being thick has more space to accomodate a larger battery
Mills, 01 Jun 2023Maybe because you paid ~800/900 dollars for a foldable? If they're gonna make a foldable,... moreExactly, I pay 800/900$ for ANY phone, not just for a foldable, and I expect it to have a HRR
XDR and all that shit is really nice for sure, but which phone doesn't have features like that for that money? Or which phone is missing some of those features?
And yes, I'd prefer that 6.1 inch screen, but you know damn well what I meant with the comparison
LTPO for 165hz? That's outright bonkers, and man, they totally have LTPO 144hz again after the iQOO 11 series
Mills, 01 Jun 2023Maybe because you paid ~800/900 dollars for a foldable? If they're gonna make a foldable,... moreMore pixels + less hertz > less pixels + more hertz
AnonD-1101735, 01 Jun 2023Also, it's funny that this outer screen has a high refresh rate, meanwhile half of the iP... moreMaybe because you paid ~800/900 dollars for a foldable? If they're gonna make a foldable, they may as well do it right and add some niceties. Also your logic is dumb. Lemme explain.
Which one would you want? A 6.1 inch screen with Dolby Vision, Super Retina XDR display but maxed at 60hz or a 4.5 inch screen with HLG, OLED display but maxed at 144hz?
You'd go for the 6.1 and you know damn well too.
Cheaper model has larger battery and better camera.
🤭
The two phones have a problem: the ultra have big outer display but small battery and the basic have big battery but power hungry soc ( sd 7 gen1 ).
I still don't get the point of having a foldable (fragile) phone like this instead of the regular ones!
From article "Motorola reduced the hinge components to 85 parts"
Reduced to 85 parts! I can't believe these absolute meme phones exist and can't wait until the fad is over
AnonD-1101735, 01 Jun 2023Also, it's funny that this outer screen has a high refresh rate, meanwhile half of the iP... more🤣🤣🤣

AnonD-1101735, 01 Jun 2023Motorola knew that Samsung had to be endedSamsung is miles better. Don't forget about the superb software support that Samsung has.
Also, it's funny that this outer screen has a high refresh rate, meanwhile half of the iPhones don't ☠️
