GAMIR3DH, 05 May 2023I do not use cases but what does dropping a phone have to do with the bezels question? When a smartphone has a thin bezel, there will be less area to protect the screen panel in it. If it has a thinner protective area, this panel will be more susceptible to damage if it is hit by something that hard.
So with the same screen type (like the same Gorilla Glass version), a phone with a thicker bezel is safer than a "beautiful" phone that has less bezel.
Jimbob, 06 May 2023Dont like the rounded sides, doesnt look nice.Rounded sides will always feel better than square sides, so I‘m all for it

0odle-noodle, 05 May 2023The people who complain also always fail to mention how the tensor chips excel in anything rel... moreThe Tensor SOCs do not excel in machine learning or AI. That is just marketing BS.
Twice as much screen for no actual reason other than a higher price tag.
Good job.
Why does everyone complain so much? Its a first gen foldable and itll have the best camera and ai smarts of any folding phone on the market, it looks good and performance will be decent with the G2. Sometimes people need to grow up and just be happy that we have such a wide array of products to chose from for every type of user. Im hyped for it personally to replace my Fold3
AlienKiss, 05 May 2023As Caspersight would say: MAXIMUM bezels please !!! 😂
Like alway , NO SD card slot + NO 3.5mm... more"no sd card no audio jack no buy"
you should also throw in "no b*tches" since that's a definite truth with you kind of people.
It shows that they are the Galaxy fold 1 that Samsung used for Test! asked me what idiot would pay 1800 bucks for a hot exynos soc and that 2017 landing strip
[deleted post]It's a tablet lol. The bezels are fine. There's no reason for a two-handed device to be completely bezel free. That introduces tons of accidental touches.
This will be priced in half after 6 months and without needing a trade-in. Pixels sell for dirt cheap if you wait a few months. Their resale value is very poor.
Honk, 05 May 2023I think I've seen ~3 people complain about Tensor and actually have used Tensor. You can ... moreI used a P6P for several months. The tensor was OK, I didn't have any noticeable problems with performance. It got warm sometimes. I'm not sure I'd want to use it in this application though, with having to drive two screens (one of them quite large)

Is it just me or it looks almost identical to the Oppo Find N2? Even the overall size is not that far off.
The borders are huge!!!
