Anonymous, 05 May 2023The tenth anniversary phone in 4 years….It's improper to use the term "anniversary" in this context I guess. It's been only 4 years since the first Reno series were out. But you're right, they managed to announce Reno smartphones with the number 10 in the name in just 4 years, that's a wrong move both strategically and environmentally. Nearly all comments here and there also support our idea.
Some people may say "But Xiaomi release way too much smartphone with very similar, even identical specs with weirdest ever names, at least Oppo somehow change some stuff by either extracting or adding but it doesn't mean that what Oppo and BBK in general have been doing isn't wrong.

Anonymous, 04 May 2023We’re on the Reno 10 already?? Didn’t the first Reno launch in 2019? These brands need to chill…The Reno series is selling well in Indonesia, this phone series competes with the Galaxy A30 and A50 series.

Should focus more on ... moreAs long as the other brands like Honor, Xiaomi and Vivo keep doing it with some of their product lines, I think Oppo is also unlikely to stop. Though, I think Vivo may not be doing the biannual thing with the x series this year so there may be some hope (maybe just an x90s but not a whole new series like in previous years)
