without Dolby Vision, 12 bit display is of no use. They should provide dolby vision HDR too.

This could have been a fantastic phone. The only problem is the fingerprint scanner. 😔 I can’t stand fingerprint scanners which are not under the screen.
Here’s hoping for a Redmi Note 12 Turbo Under Display Fingerprint Scanner Edition.

We will see the gt neo 5 se with even better specs being launched a week later for a similar price. Camera is the comprise for both as they are using a budget main camera sensor (1.5k screen, same processor and 100w fast charging). Some of these flat oled screens now from Chinese companies like Tianma, Huaxing and Visionox are very cheap (much cheaper than a couple of years ago but they are also better quality than a couple of years ago as most of them are using different pixel arrangements than they used to which results in a higher ppi) which makes it possible. Of course there is so much competition in this category too so the profit margin has to remain relatively low. There are always cutbacks though to meet a certain price point

Second of all, why would anyone from India be searching for a Samsung model internationally? If they will search for the A14, like you said, they will find the A14 for Indian market. If I will search the A14 in Europe (where I live), I will find the A14 for global market, not the Indian model.
When I said Xiaomi naming scheme is bad, I wasn't referring to the different markets. I was referring only to the global market. Their naming scheme is bad only taking in consideration the global market. If I will start comparing also China and India markets, then it will be mission impossible.

I am talking about ... moreBecause there are Samsung models that overlap each other. For example, A14 for India is different from international model. Since they have the same name, someone searching info on A14 might mistaken the Indian A14 for an international one and vice versa.
