                  cozxta, 23 Mar 2023M series gets less updates, security patches aren't monthly as A series, it's quarterly.I checked the Samsung security updates scope webpage and you are wrong. Not all the A series getting monthly security updates. Only the A5x series getting monthly, while all other A series getting patches every 3 months.

Vivo X51 and for example the iQOO 5 Pro both have their proximity sensors behind the screen, which you can also kind of see in very bright sunlight.

As some of my colleagues use these phones (except the Vivo X series, Huawei, Infinix and Tecno flagship phones, which aren't sold here)

                        For example vivo X51, Tecno Camon 18 Premier.., but even Samsung's S series has it, and even the Galaxy A21 and A21s had it, and so does the A04, M53 and M54 and the newest Huawei flagships.

                            Per dollar, M series will have better spec than the A series on the same number. But M series lacks IP rating and get shorter software support. The M series is designed to compete with the Chinese phones.

                                Anonymous, 23 Mar 2023J series was terrible tbhTerrible in performance but best in reliability. No other series came close. Used a J3 for 4 years, it was definitely the best sub-$200 phone of its time, disrearding the poor chipset, low storage and issues with microphone and antennas
