50MP Sony camera is always better than this garbage 64MP Samsung camera.
In early rumors, they said it will use 50MP Sony camera. But now it's confirmed that it's garbage 64MP Samsung camera.
So now no buy for me. 😣

They had a great chance for this device had it been IMX766 (as it is a great sensor), but if they went with OV64B, then it's a complete miss, and mess.

you have to suffer, 22 Mar 202350mp cant be ov64b. atleast its not worse than samsung sensor.It's not 50mp. It's 64mp. Check the photo of the camera module on this article and you will see the 64mp camera sensor. Most likely OV64b

I'm an avid custom rom user, I always love Xiaomi, but I will always recommend Samsung to all my family and colleague who isn't "techie" enough. Samsung has superb software support and excellent customer service.

This is a Chinese launch so it's part... moreFor some reason they skip Note 13 series to be release this spring that should be the number. As Redmi have done it so with the Note series that they have 2 models a year as 2022 spring was note 11 and in October already 12 so in spring should of been 13.
No reason given why they delay this 12 series to global so late

Redmi Note series have lost me totally to want one of them. I prefer to spend 50 euro more and get a Samsung A34 or 54 while A34 probably be at same price as this note 12 Turbo or Pro
Well A34 128GB version is actually 60 euro less then Note 12 Pro 256GB version in my country and 30 euro less on 128GB version
Even tough i dont much care for phone android updates and security updates as i have not got any over 3 and half years by now i would probably take A34 over Note 12 Pro
Will need to get use to that no 3.5mm jack but at least i get 3 OS updates and 5 years of security updates. Slower charging too but then again the Xiaomi has gone too expensive.
5 years ago Note Pro was 170 euro and now is 430 euro.
