Anonymous, 22 Mar 2023Mate X3 has 120 hz display. read carefully . or bani know, i think you missunderstood my name. i was criticising him, because he said"one year old chipset" and that mate x3 would not be a good device. he could buy his american iphone then, which is overpriced and is years behind state-of-the-art technology. vanilla iphones still have 60hz display and chipset of previous year but cost over 1000€.

and there's nothing wrong with cheap product if it served its purpose and function; cheap is not equal to copycat

mercedes has car factory in Romania, but mercedes is still "made in Germany". Although, Dacia is "made in Romania", this doesn't make them similar.

MadMel, 22 Mar 2023Nobody is buying Fold in China, Huawei will do fine.Samsung outsold all foldables in China except Huawei so people there are buying the Fold and their market share will grow with the Z5. However, if these reports are true and Huawei has brought water resistance to their foldables, that will certainly help them maintain their market share lead for now.

in a market where galaxy fold4 is priced around €1300-1400, mate x3 worth around €1000-1100 mark. it still have major drawbacks like no google services, no timely android support promise, no android L support, 1 year old chipset without 5G, no proper aftersales channel availability, no spare part guarantee. huawei is not mature and well established as samsung yet. not to forget "made in china" low reputation. it simply cannot ask for a similar price.

Huawei is wasting time on new technology. All Huawei phone camera image stabilizer issues, They didn't even build their app store properly; Huawei Music and video keep tracking user personal information and constantly show ads inside these apps.
