Chipset that's fast and supports 4k recording ✅
OIS ✅
Android 13 ✅ (Funtouch but eh)
IP rating ✅

The only downsides I see is the lack of stereo speakers. Some may also hate the notch but I don't mind. The only thing I need to know about is build quality and haptics right now. Other than that, it's a go to in the segment right now.
