That one is definitely worst phone design past 5 years up until Google Pixel 4 and 4XL all were fine.
Since Pixel 4 and 4XL all were bad.

...and now you've made it 'past 10 years'? You just don't want to say 'of all time' do you?
Increase charging speed plz ! at least put a 80watts to fast charge if you wont put 260 watts or so like competitors !

TrainingAddict, 16 Mar 2023On a phone-sized screen, yes problem when you want to view these photos on pc.
Pixel don'... moreYour typical PC screen has a resolution of roughly 8MP or lower. So no.
That said, there are benefits to 50/12.5MP. That is clear as day when cropping and pixel peeping, regardless if on a smartphone or other screen. 200 MP is just pointless though. No optics comes close to it and the pixels are too tiny to give any decent result unbinned. PR nonsense.

Pixel don't makes sense when the difference in the camera is marginal and the rest of the specification is simply worse than the competition.
Of course, I'm not talking about the American market here, where you have no choice at all, in Europe we have a lot to choose from, which is why Pixel doesn't have a market here

Less curved displays is alw... moreI deal design for me is flat sides and barely any curve in the corner. I may not like my iPhone 13, but I so like that the display is completely flat. These random curves don't add anything to the experience for me and they make the phone look much less attractive.

David 040882, 16 Mar 2023And still, do you see Samsung or Xiaomi bringing this hardware back? I don't think soThe irony is that Samsung can put the headphone jack on their latest phones or tablets with powerful SoC. The XCover6 Pro and the Tab Active4 Pro, which use the same SoC as the A52s 5G, prove that Samsung has no problem doing it. The only stumbling block with them is that Samsung limits the availability to SME customers only.

Did Sony do the same for their 2020 flagships? Obviously, they don't. That showed anyone could put the hardware back again. It's either common sense or corporate greed, that's it. Sony could have continued doing the former and kept up with the rest of the field, but they didn't. It's the same story as the ASUS ROG Phone 5's predecessor.

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2023Yes, that bizarre cam bump that makes phone wobble is surely the best design ever, the annoyin... moreLuckily, my own phone does not have any of those. Realistically, every phone in 2023 has a notch/punch hole and camera bump. Only exception is Sony but they have the flat sides that dig into your hand and very sharp corners, and those are way more annoying than a camera bump or punch hole.
Anonymous, 16 Mar 2023Curved edges are such a dumb idea. Congratulations, a bit of your photo/video is now permanen... moreFirst two are completely false
For starters, from my personal experience with curved screen on 12X, distortion is minimal to non existent, you really have to look for it
As for accidental touches, never get them
Google Pixel, please 🙏 cancel business deal with samsung for chip manufacturing and fab.
All I want is SoC with efficiency in par with SD 8 Gen 2 and better video capabilities.
