Anonymous, 19 Mar 2023Foldables are still not upto the mark when it comes to refinement and qualityAs a former Samsung Galaxy Fold owner, I can definitely agree. I still don't see foldable phones as tablet replacements, especially when it's expensive to repair. Since I sold the Fold and later got myself an LG V50 with its detachable Dual Screen case, I can easily say that dual display solution is much more practical than foldable phones. Needless to say, I totally don't regret the decision to do the switch.

Not sure if everyone got the horizontal fold amd vertical fold correct. I sure didn't get it. I thought horizontal meant a flip.

I'm really curious to see what Sony does. They're always very practical, so if they make a foldable it'll need to be just as durable, long lasting, and provide a benefit. I think it'll be a vertically folding one with Sony's traditional 4K 21*9 display, folding vertically. The display will be much larger than most vertical foldables, measuring between 7 - 8 inches. It won't have a cover screen.
Those are my predictions for if Sony ever releases a foldable.
Horizontal and vertica fold are useless. The find n2 landscape fold is the one that makes sense.l
