A bezel is the frame around a screen/crystal. The Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro and other watches have bezels. Apple watches, for example, have bezels. This is super common knowledge. It's super weird to have to point this out. As I said, the point of rotating bezels is for user interaction. Rotating bezels don't protect the screen/crystal any better than non-rotating/fixed bezels.

Bezel is good. Active 2 didn't have it, so I bought Watch3 which is perfect. I don't know why but then I bought Watch 4 but I am not happy with the OS. Battery life is terrible. Why would you go back to something you tried and gave up years ago with Gear Live? What made you try it again. Okay, you tried it. The joke is over. Now please go back to Tizen. It it is a perfect OS. Wear OS is not only bad for battery life. It is just bad all over. That's why I am using my watch3 more than watch4. I haven't bought the watch5. I will wait for watch 6 if it has bezel. I will buy all the models if it has Tizen OS.

As an analogy, rotating bezels are like physical buttons.

Grt, 14 Mar 2023But now you can get Samsung watch 4 classic for 100ish USD in my country. The lte version is a bit more expensive. And since it's going to be 2 generations old, the support might end soon. I want the version where I can let the phone stay home while out hiking.
