As an ex-Xiaomi phone user for 6 years, im happy with my decision moving to Samsung in 2020.👍

Flash custom ROM if you expect Android upgrades in any Xiaomi phone. Else go for other devices with better update record.

Please, don't update!. I have a X4 GT and Miui 14 is a mess:
1-NFC Payments doesn't work (if you have any dual app's).
2-Alarm Screen...disappeared!. You have to unlock, swipe and stop it. And the volume bottons don't stop it either.
3-If you have 2 SIMS, the "wifi sim2 call" tile always appears the first one, it doesn'matter if you delete it from your ordered list, sooner or latter will be the first one again.
The only bug they solved is your favourite sim to call, MIUI 13 always asked you, now it works and the phone calls correctly without asking.
