Actually it's better. As long as the pixels in front of the camera are turned on (aka the hole is hidden), then the camera can't see you. Also do you put tape or paper in front of your phone's camera now? Because unless you do, it can already spy on you if it's uncovered. At least with UDC, it can only work if the pixels turn off to unblock the lens.

Notches & hole punch screens are bad also in the same way dead pixels are
hurting the viewing experience because you can't see the pictures quality as black dot gets in the way where selfie camera is

ZTE don't advertise the sensor size of the 35mm camera, I've seen conflicting information but I believe it's probably more likely 1/1.7. I would prefer a more standard screen resolution, or at least the option to switch to a more standard screen resolution like OPPO.

They should've retained the back design of the Redmagic 8 without transparency and lights
Centered vertical cameras with clean look of the non-void model was the best look they've made
