In all my years As a smartphone user, I've NEVER seen it. Even if I meet paranoid people who think the government is following them, they always end up having an iPhone or Android phone with the mics and cameras completely exposed.

I'm going to get this phone. I'm still running a Mi 9T Pro (popup camera) flashed with the pixel experience ROM. That's how much I hate punch holes and notches.

But people always make excuse with "yeah, but you see the punch hole camera cutout and know the camera is there, but if it's not they think there isn't any camera". Like there has ever been a single smartphone without selfie cam in last decade... And even if there somehow was one, it was an odd one no one used anyway.

There must be something seriously wrong with the info if the main camera lens is 35 mm equivalent Field Of View (FOV), usually these mm measures are the equivalent FOV for a so called Full Frame (FF) size DSLR camera which uses 35 mm sensors, or more exactly digital FF caermas sues 36 mm X 24 mm sensors (Historically 35 mm comes from the era of standard film formats), and normal size of lens for mid range lens starts with 24 mm.
Most pocket camera and mobile phone camera lenses starts around 24-27 mm, so ZTE's info may be a typo and should be 25 mm, because 35 mm is veeery narrow and not useful for all-round shooter, a terrible mistake.

That really sucks also as u can't even just use technology normally without it rating your browsing history and giving it a score how good u are based of whatever you research
Then the ads pops just crap the internet is full of designed slow down phones with malware and make it difficult too even navigate the internet normally
Technology made only for being spyware or ads trying sell us stuff
It's no friend of ours it's only used against us
