Seems like a very cool concept but have to wait whether this will go into production sometime
Anonymous, 28 Feb 2023Which brand the first to copy this? Longterm copycat winner is?We all know who the copy paste "brands" are, but this time, i kind of doubt. You cannot pocket this thing without damaging the screen surface, and it will take like a minute to do it.
I had a Moto RIZR back in the day. The sliding mechanism felt great, and so satisfying to push up and down.
It had a couple of problems, the interface was laggy and the d-pad buttons were glued on and would fall off after a while. Otherwise it was a cool phone

I always believed that rollables are the future of phones and foldables are a stop-gap or seat warmers until rollables roll in.
