Don't really think the imx800 is an upgrade over the imx766. It's basically the same size at 1/1.56" as they don't use the full size of the sensor (honor also did the same thing with this sensor in the Honor 70). If they add OIS it woukd be an upgrade as the civi2 is missing OIS. Otherwise it's more or less the same main camera as the Civi2. OIS and adding stereo speakers would solve the two major weaknesses of the Civi 2
