Otherwise Motorola offers amazing deals for their other phones
Phones like Moto G100 and G200 were sold for 240$ here. And both destroy ANY competitors in the price range. Sadly you just need to wait for a good sale and grab your opportunity.
I got G100 for 240$ and it's been the best phone for it's money in last 4-5 yyears.
The only phone which would offer similar experience would be either Poco F3 or Poco F4 once it drops heavily.

Or be good enough if they where say too just give it away too u ??
They're all overpriced, underpowered, poor cameras and no 4k video recording. I wouldn't have any of them even if they were free. I hope they lose Lenovo a lot of money
The number of people voting "hot" is truly disappointing. people really are clueless
No any Motorola is hot or cool. Horrible update support.
potato4k, 29 Jan 2023Yeah, so these moto is worse than even some Chinese phones. My point was these moto phones ar... moreYou are missing the point. They can give good specs at cheap because they have to worry less about updates. These other phones with same specs and 2 year updates will fill their UI with bloatware and ads to do the same. Cleaner android means better experience, battery life and longevity, plus the stock android skin in Motorola phones are the only ones existing in budget and midrange; all the other companies add their own heavy skin which washes down the original android experience. Personally, the new ui of stock android is far better looking than whatever these sh*t customized versions other companies pull out and that can be reason enough to attract buyers who think about the actual experience with the software, not "how many years of update" bs.
G73 is the only one I care about, the rest is no vote/comment. Need to learn more about screen and camera quality. If they're check, a slight drop of launch price due to LCD only would make it more competitive in the smartphone wild. (remember launch price is peak though) For now it's no vote from me.
The problem with all of Motorola phones is there notched screen/hole punch screens
Basically they all have very bad screens so I have very little interest in them
They probably won't ofter good value for money either
If I choose the chipsets for all of them,
E13: SD 460 (or 480+)
G13: SD 4 gen 1
G23: SD 695
G53: SD 6 gen 1
G73: SD 778+
Anonymous, 29 Jan 2023If only Motorola can improve in software update. Most G series only getting 1 or 2 years OS an... moreIf it gets too many updates, it'll slow down over time, maybe after 30 months. Also, for a mid-range phone, two OS updates are not bad at all
What's the point of OS updates if they actually ruin the user experience instead of improving it
Anonymous, 29 Jan 2023The rest of Chinese phones? My redmi 9 got 2 android updates, and cost 120€. Dont foolish people.Yeah, so these moto is worse than even some Chinese phones.
My point was these moto phones are mere throwaways.
royo1e, 29 Jan 2023Moto is doing a good job but their software updates need to be improved, their flagship phones... moreWhile something like the Galaxy A51 receive it 2 months ago.
Had a Motorola phone at some point, I think it was the Edge 30 or something like that. In 1 month I didn't receive any update, not even 10Mb. And it was first month, when usually I get 2-3 updates on new bought phones.
I put Motorola in the same boat as Alcatel or Doogee. Which is bad.
But then again, except Samsung and Apple, none of the other companies are good in software updates. Period.
When buying a Samsung or Apple, you feel like they are actually interested in providing some support past the buying phase. With all the other companies, after you purchase their phone, is job done for them, they have their product sold, they don't care what happens to it. If you are unsatisfied with it, just buy the next model available in 2 months time.
Moto is doing a good job but their software updates need to be improved, their flagship phones still have not received the Android 13 update
Moto E13 looks like hot garbage, the rest are okay, except maybe the G53 that doesn't really look that different from the previous G5x offers.
potato4k, 29 Jan 2023Throwaway phones that only get 1 OS updates, just like the rest of Chinese phones. The rest of Chinese phones? My redmi 9 got 2 android updates, and cost 120€. Dont foolish people.
While I do like the G series of Motorola I can hardly say that they are "hot". I don't think either that they are meant to be referred as such. They just want to give enough bang for the buck leaving the Edge series to be more "hot".
All worse than GX2 series.
Will consider Moto if Lenovo sell it.
