I am still using Redmi 4 prime as secondary one with SD625 and it is still capable phone running android 10 Custom. Stellar battery life with 4000mah fuel tank.. Decent single usable camera on the back and compact size and optimal weight.. Great phone for the price at that time.. No replacement seen yet..
still use redmi 5 plus, albeit with battery and lcd, frame and backdoor replacement.
snapdragon 625 really good chipset!
Almost 6 years down the line, still using the Redmi Note 4 as my only device and going strong. The developer community is still churning out new roms everyday as if the phone was release a few days back. Have run custom roms based on Android 5 Lollipop to Android 13 Tiramisu. Brilliant phone.
Damn.. good old days.. redmi note 4 and mi a2 lite. Solid phone. My mom still using mi a2 lite..
Derick Abraham, 22 Jan 2023I had a Lenovo P2 with it. It was a beast in SOT. 12-13hrs i used to get. It was a gem.. Very good phone, some people are still using it :)
Had the Mi A2 Lite. Compared to the Samsung A5 2016 I owned, the battery life on that thing was much better than any phones I've used in the past. Except for the Xperia J that was good too. My most memorable phone to date. Too bad the Mi A3 was launched but no follow up because Xiaomi's pole on their Twitter was in favour of the stock Android. Wished they at least made a Mi A4 before pulling the plug. Their smartphones now are ok.
Anonymous, 23 Jan 2023It's funny that 625 from years ago support 4K video recording but the current second newe... morethey are saving in cost.
meanwhile OEMs tend to make their devices so expensive. future phone models with 695 could have reached average laptop price.
best chipset imo
audio quality and camera quality never disappoints. i miss my redmi note 4 🥲 using a xiaomi device with mediatek and the experience isnt the same as snapdragon powered ones.
It's funny that 625 from years ago support 4K video recording but the current second newest 695 doesn't support 4K video recording.
Seeing the battery life king Lenovo P2 missing in this list is very disappointing. It was a beast of a phone that got excellent community support.
Interesting how in that year they had such pillar opposite releases
Using 720G. Not that powerful but works fine. Will never buy MediaTek or Exynos. Only dragon for me.

Funny same ppl that praise Pixel 6a bash iphone SE 3 that is also $400 base storage.
Iphone SE 3 has glass rear panel, IP67, Qi charging, 256GB option, much better SoC, better finger scanner, better design.

Ancient gorilla 3 used by 2013 flagships.
Poor battery e durance for a 1080p 60Hz screen.
Bad finger scanner.
No earphone jack.
Would be better fixing this and charging $100 more even if they had to use weaker SoC.
Not even samsung wants exynos anymore, google still using.
Anonymous, 22 Jan 2023Who cares about multi core Iphone users.
I'm still using lenovo p2
Anonymous, 22 Jan 2023The Lenovo P2 still dominates in the battery life tests.Yeah, the only phone Lenovo made which was better than OK. I mean it was actually good.
