Tommy, 14 Jan 2023I have them, as a Samsung salesman, and I never had any of these problems o.Ostrange. ive been having a lot of issues with samsung concerning build quality, software stability, and customer support, which is why i switched to pixel. Guess thats generally been a me issue though

My galaxy buds pros battery has become imbalanced, and my buds 2 start ringing when you turn on ambient sound. I definitely don't recommend buying galaxy buds, they fail so easily.
