Why straight to ban, no different path? Just take that mic out of his mouth. All you need is to limit the reach, not just straight stone age thing.
Be it companies or people, banning won't solve the root issue.

And there is no fukin info "Twitter for iPhone" again.
The old twitter felt like iphone advertisement.
And people posted from Android looks unpopular and not trusted.
