Can Samsung be in legal jeopardy for discrimination against those of us who do NOT have a Samsung to trade in? When the overwhelming majority cannot meet the standards to get a really good price because they have been excluded smells like discrimination to me.. Only the chosen elites get the deal? These are awful deals. The best time is when you first pre-order them. Trading in a 128 GB Flip 3 for a Flip 4 got you $900. Then it went down to $700 only 5 days later.
