Anonymous, 21 Mar 2025Hi Sponsorship Infinix, It all started here 🫵😉I'm not sponsoring anyone, or anything you absolute weirdo. I bought an Infinix phone, the Zero Ultra, I liked it, I enjoyed it and I still do. You are thinking too much about nothing.

I'm sorry for not coming back here earlier, but right now I was just randomly checking on the Infinix Zero Ultra related comment sections and saw that I had a duty here.

It's been a year, and obviously I was using other phones as well, but this one can now outlast any of my other phones when it comes to battery life, it could already outlast almost every phone I had a year ago, with the one exception being my Tecno Camon 18 Premier, but now the battery life on that has visible worsened, whereas the Ultra is still just as great as it was, which just further proves what I have been saying, or at least it proves it for myself, that the slower you charge a phone the worse it is for it's battery health. The difference here is 180W vs 33W, so it's obviously a big deal.

As for updates, I haven't gotten a whole ton, but I got enough to keep it up to date, it now has Android 13, as opposed to Android 12 at launch, and has the September security patch, so I'd say it's all good, in terms of security patches it's actually ahead of my vivo X Note, which I find kind of weird and cool at the same time.

Oh that reminds me, the vivo X Note, yeah, that's the phone I got about 6 months ago because I started to like gigantic phones due to the Zero Ultra, and while that phone is obviously a better and *technically* a more expensive phone, I just recently found myself coming back to the Ultra and I very much still enjoy the thing. I say technically because I bought the vivo X Note from outside of my country, whereas the Zero Ultra ( Genesis Noir ) is from my country, so they were the same price. lol

The camera, the display and the software features are just so good on this phone, not to mention that fast charging. The background blur is lovely when using the large main camera, and the ultrawide is awesome for macro shots, so I just find it hard to complain. Zoom could be better, yes it's a non-issue to me, because if I know I'll need good zoom I just switch back to the vivo X Note, but for those people that don't have like 5, or more phones, or even 2, therefor for most people it would've been almost too good to carry over at least that 8mp periscope from the Zero X Pro, but oh well.

All in all, this is a great phone, it still is and now that I have the Zero 30 as well, I can safely say, I'd still recommend the Zero Ultra over that. The Zero 30 isn't bad, and it actually has more software features than the Ultra, but I don't know man.. I have both and I'm using the Ultra.

The only phone I ever had to charge 3 times a day with regular usage was an iPhone SE (2020).

You’re not testing anything if it not push it limits how 5 hour used compare to 15 hour everyday do to the battery and the charger

Anonymous, 16 Dec 2022That the point truly testing fast charging and seeing damage it does Even if you charge your phone with 5W, if you charge it 3 times a day, it will damage your battery. Charging it 3 times a day isn't even normal usage at all, so why test it like that?
