The Nothing phone is good, especially for people who don't need all out the most powerful chipset, a great design and everything works and minimal bloatware or excess. Most people probably including you don't need that powerful a chipset on a phone, just one that have all the essential features and works, which is the Nothing Phone

For me it's different. It's like Sony Playstation and Microsoft Xbox or Nintendo. Why be stuck with one console when you can have both of the worlds? That's how it always worked for me. I don't get those console or iOS vs Android wars. Each have their own pros and cons. And you can just get both and be using it. Just like I did recently after 10 years with Android, my dearly XZ1 Compact which I used since 2017 finally began to show its age and I started to look for the new phone replacement only to discover that there's not a Single one small Android phone which is sold now. Well, actually I was shocked to learn that my old trusty XZ1C was literally the LAST truly compact phone on Android! And don't tell me about Pixel 5, Zenfone 9, Xperia IV or S22, I've seen, held and even used some of them, they're not compact at all! Sure they're smaller than other huge shovels but still they're long and big 6 inchers.
So after some searching I learned that only Apple still produce small, actually compact phones! Wow. I didn't want to go to iOS at all as I'm used to Google and don't like Apple at all. But I finally surrendered when I saw the 2022 SE for the really good price, it's damn cheap and powerful phone which is very compact and fits in my hand like a glove after my Sony. I'm using it for a week and I kinda hate the iOS as expected but what can you do when there are no other options? I just keep my Xperia with me too and use it as a spare phone so I have the best of the two worlds now which I'm pretty happy with. I'd never buy an expensive iPhone (Mini, 13, 14, etc) but SE is totally worth it for me. Sorry for the long post

IPhone SE is the cheapest phone with iOS, so it has a value, but only for users wanting to stay in Apple's eco system amd not wanting to pay 1000 bucks for a ne iPhone. Or those who want to try the iOS for the first time.
It HAS a value even it has an old school design, small battery, 60Hz screen and what not. But I know that's difficult to understand for average users on Android.
Android and iOS offer different things with each having their advantages and disvantages over another.
Android users have a pletora of choices to choose from as on Android we have dozens of brands. On iOS there is only one brand Apple, so obviously Apple users don't have many choices if they want a new phone. You can argue how iPhone SE is this and that but you can't change the fact that SE phone is an entry level phone for Apple, as they have completley different buasiness model then phones on Android. Why? Well, because they design everything in their phones by them self. Android is a free and open source system, so when buying a new Android phone you're paying only for the phone and his software optimisation but the OS on Apple iPhone's is not free.
Basicly, Apple is so different then any other phone maker out there but people are still comparing them directly every year like they have the same operating system. Why? Well.. mostly because Android devices are way cheaper and offer a better value for the money so many of users like to bash users who use iPhone so they can mock them how they're stupid for choosing that device instead of any other with Android. But you guys are ignoring the fact that iOS is the main contributor why are Apple products in their own league and why we shouldn't directly comparing Android or Windows with iOS and MacOS. You can call it prison but many people are stucked in that iOS system like most of us is stucked with Android. For them there is no other choice. And for us, the Android users, it's the same. We only have iOS and Android to choose from. We made our choice so let "them" enjoy in theirs.
Consider to be more respectful to others who have different opinion or needs with their devices. You don't have to win a debate. We are just sharing opinions here.

It's consuming 15twp tdp off power, instead off 9w like on s888, but in return I'm getting 100fps gaming, super fast zippy transition and 188hz scrolling , but feels like 3000mah battery.

My experience with the s22 ultra has been really really good.its not perfect but very close to being perfect
