Knowing from experience how Motorola is sometimes prone to including errors in the specifications of their phones, now that the Edge 30 Fusion is available here in the US, I thought that I would recheck the specs published on their website and I now see that an SD card slot is no longer listed, which means that the only difference between this US model of the phone and the version sold elsewhere in the world is the increased memory and internal storage.

And still no band 71 for T-Mobile users.

I have yet to see anyone with one that has proof it ever did so I'm doubtful this was an option... Definitely returning it as this was a major reason I was buying the phone + I missed all the sales... lol that was My fault though. Paid $860 when I could've paid about $550-650.

The US version has 12 GB of memory, 256 GB of internal flash memory storage, and supports microSDXC flash memory cards of up to 1 TB in capacity.

The version sold in India (and the UK) has 8 GB of memory and 128 GB of internal storage and no provision for SD cards.

If the Indian equivalent was that low when converted to US dollars, WHAT justifies this higher pricing in the US, the bold pink color?
I remembered looking at folks from India unboxing videos in YouTube and love that golden color of the version they got.

No one in the US in their right mind would buy this for Tmobile - it doesn't support Band 71 in LTE or 5G.

Looks like a phone for the ladies. 700 USD for the regular version seems expensive. Indian launch was at 39,999 INR which converts to 490 USD. Indians are getting a better deal and the golden colour looks better than this feminine colour.

Stop with the curved edges, it's not functional.

I love the color and I'm glad it's Faux leather. I have the Motorola S30 Pro blue edition and don't know why this is twice as much. I can't wait to see what Motorola offers in 2023

Anonymous, 03 Dec 2022Nobody? I think Motorola is after Apple second biggest player on market in USA.People will give chance to One Plus again in upcoming months. Whatever you mentioned is through carrier locked deals. And phones like Moto Edge 30 Pro and Moto Edge 2021 are not part of those sales. I have seen people buying One Plus 10 Pro at 549 for 128 instead of Moto Edge 30 Pro 512GB. I think later was killer deal.
