Gnusmas, 24 Nov 2022It is worth noting that no XIaomi flagship has yet received the Android 13 update, and will no... moreActually it is not worth noting. What are you losing by waiting a few months more than other brands?
erodhika94, 24 Nov 2022You will not buy it even if they are release it, only comment and will never buyyeah, i will not buy xiaomi product if is not have microsd slot lol.
Anonymous, 24 Nov 2022Only in East Europe they have more than 10%. maybe so as Eastern Europe countries are Belarus, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and the western part of the Russian Federation where in some there are significant social, political and economic problems as well as a war
Anonymous, 24 Nov 2022These places are dominated by Samsung/Apple. To quote the article......
Xiaomi reached 2nd place in the European market, 1st place in Spain, and 2nd in Italy and France....
SO to say samsung and Apple dominate means you say someone is lying?
Good to see that some mid-range models are getting latest security patches in the same month ( November patch in Xiaomi 11 Lite NE, Redmi Note 11, etc.)
HyperionBurn, 24 Nov 2022Is the xiaomi 12T good for 530$? Or I should I get the 11T for 300$? Or maybe another phone li... moreMe considering the 12T also. I already bought a poco x4 gt but havent arrived yet. Current price in our country is about 480-490usd with free watch active s1 if you buy nov18-28. Whats more interesting is that i have received a voucher from my credit card provider to make its price even lower to about 430usd if i buy today. It s*cks i just found it out today. But i think im going to just buy it later anyway and sell the x4 gt when it arrives (i also bought it at a discount anyway).
Gnusmas, 24 Nov 2022It is worth noting that no XIaomi flagship has yet received the Android 13 update, and will no... moreTbh the whole update policy of Xiaomi is a pain...!!👎👎
haunted by the deadboot issue
Anonymous, 24 Nov 2022No Xiaomi 13 ultra, no buy = Xiaomi bankrupt as it should be.You will not buy it even if they are release it, only comment and will never buy
MickysHDmouse , 24 Nov 2022Will decline even more if they continue releasing hundreds models of the same device with mino... moreThey actually put on more than 3 years of updates for their flagship (and 1 additional year for security patch i guess). This also applied to several midranger. But yes, if we compared it with Samsung or Apple, buying Mi flagship device is indeed a pain.
Morepower, 24 Nov 2022Is France, Italy and Spain eastern Europe? These places are dominated by Samsung/Apple.
Anonymous, 24 Nov 2022Only in East Europe they have more than 10%. Is France, Italy and Spain eastern Europe?
Because you didn't sell ultra 12 in the rest of the world ;) and also one hint...make the camera batter, ultra 11 and also for 12 as I saw photos are nowhere near nokia/microsoft lumia phones.
gg, 24 Nov 2022In france too, they sell very wellOnly in East Europe they have more than 10%.
Will decline even more if they continue releasing hundreds models of the same device with minor to none difference...
At same time they increase the prices of all devices (low to high end) but not willing to invest in software support (like Samsung for example 3 years OS and 4 years security updates).
Long story short: their mid and low end devices doesn't have an Unique selling point, it's just average hardware (always the same size 6.67", kinda same camera and overall specs) and software full of bloat ware.
Their high end devices are too expensive and don't offer bang for your money. And on top you'll pay +600€ and after 2 years you won't get any updates...
what do they expect when they don't even release their flagship anywhere else than china
Little Penguin , 24 Nov 2022Not gonna happen 1) in USA, no OEM will ever succed selling unlocked phones ( Apple would ... moreApart from being number 1 in Spain and number 2 in Italy and France. The UK market may be lower when most of the higher end Xiaomi phone sales end up being imported and with Brexit it has made their phones harder to get. That has now changed with easier importing into the UK so suppliers are now shipping back into the UK. If Xiaomi can get their 12s Ultra into the phone service provider shops then it would increase their sales substantially in the UK. We don't get the 12s Ultra in the UK at all and for me that means either buy direct from a Hong Kong dealer or buy a different brand for a similar spec. It is nothing to do with richer nations not buying the phones is it richer nations not being able to buy the top spec phones that Xiaomi produce.
I was once quite fan of xiaomi, but after latest flagships that aren't completely flagships to be honest, and huge price increases surpassing even top tier flagships, this 10% is nothing to what's coming.
Penk2856, 24 Nov 2022They're pretty strong in western markets. Here in Spain, redmi series are fairly popular,... moreIn france too, they sell very well
