Every single person on GSM Arena knows that only premoum brand ever existed was Vertu. They were handmade and made from materials which noone else use so they were really premium.
Sony is nothing just a very expensive phone compared to other same or better specced flagships for half the price.
Just like with Redmi 12 ultra. Litterary better specced phone apart Jack and SD slot and cost half the price of best Sony.
Thats just an example.
Once again Vertu were ahndmade and made from exquisite materials noone else uses. They were premium.
Sony like Apple, like Samsung, Like xiaomi, huawei, hinor, nokia, realme, oppo, vivo, meizu, HTC etc is made from common materials which means they are common brand.
Premium sony??? Forget it. Not without common materials made several thousdands a day with nothing special to justify the price.
Apple, Samsung is the same.
For half the price or at least 2/3 of price most chinese companies can output genuinely same device.

Oh and just as an example, the plastic fantastic Redmi 10C is actually heavier than the proper flagship Sony Xperia 1 IV with basically the same thickness if we ignore the fact that the Sony is 0,1mm thinner than the Redmi.
Both the Poco M4 and M4 Pro 5G are even heavier and thicker.

Only the Xperia Pro and Pro-I are heavier than 200g, while most flagship phones from other brands are well over 200g.
Also, every Sony phone apart from the Xperia L3 and L4 (and the Pros) are 8.2mm and 8.3mm thick, which is much thinner than most other phone on the current market.

Man i agree with rest but every brand uses Crapware, Spyware ,Spam, Viruses etc. Not only Xiaomi. Only difference is pure android experience such as Google, Motorola, Nokia or Oneplus and Nothing brand.
Rest is full of bloatware. Eery UI is nothing just a heavy skin filled with bloatware.
When comes to that worst among all is Samsung because their UI cost most disk space and slows your phone most with most apps runnign on backround eating your CPU, GPU and RAM leaving nothing for anything else even midrangers have this issue.
Masic devices batrely runs at all and barely last as long as warranty.
