I dont judge people based on there skin pigment color or if they are gay or what ever. If they treat me like a person then i will also treat them like person. If they are nasty towards me then i dont want anything to do with them and i wont talk with them.
It's all in your fantasy and it's all in your self hate that blinds you to understand the world. You think your special cause you have darker pigment in your skin ? No you are not more special then any other person. We live in a western world where we have equal opportunities to education and how we build up our lives. If i dont use the education and build my life as i prefer to live in a basement of parents house then i cant play victim like everyone are bad cause my life is bad. That it the minorities of the alphabets who dont want to work and only want to play victims on everything. I have no respect or tolerance for these people. Also the life is just so good for these people that they have time to do dumb things like that. Where most of the world is thinking how to get past a day after working 2 jobs to have enough income to live a month.

And to that I say touché. However neither one is desired. Yes, minorities that fuel hateful cancel culture is bad. But stupid anarchists and racists that fuel hate speech is also bad.
I think you are forgetting that Twitter is the biggest public sphere on the internet. This is beyond the matter of "weak" or strong. Only people who are wise and sensible should be allowed to manage such a massive platform (and Elon is far from wise, lol).

Even if it's just 25% of the current blue users, they wouldn't lose any money. The real concern I would have if I were a verified user is what would this $20 per month be used to pay for. Presumably they will be selling ads as well right. People will have followers on Twitter whether they verify or not.
