I hope somewhen Samsung gets rid of cheap crap and will only sell mid-range and flagship phones, Samsung won't lose a lot, especially, in my country.
In my country, basically, only kids use budget phones, adults and adolescents, mostly, use mid-range phones

Anonymous, 01 Oct 2022Samsung is just spamming fones nowIf you look at those Chines OEMs, you'll see that Samsung has already stopped spamming phones for years since 2019, like updating the same lineup (say A1x line) multiple times in a year. That's something you can notice by doing a little research, even in GSMarena you can see who's spamming phones these few years.

But it's 2022 now like literally everyone knows what comes after A10 is A11, A12, and A13. And it's the same logic for other series. Older Samsung also used a similar strategy but the difference is way too small, say A6 2015 and A8 2015, everything is the same except the latter comes with a fingerprint scanner and bigger storage. So I really don't think there's anything confusing about it. Chinese OEMs' naming is far more confusing. One more thing, Samsung merged both J and A series, not J series change into A series, that's two different meanings.

2nd: I never had budget Android phones in my life, only flagships and midranges.
3rd: both the Redmi 10C and Galaxy A13 have a 128 GB storage option, the Samsung even have a 6 GB RAM option, I'm seriously wondering why you even replied to me. 🤨

Most Samsung devices are garbage, LagUI is overrated garbage and Samsung cameras are mediocre. Samsung fans always use the argument of calling Chinese OEMs inferior. [deleted post]Chinese phones are crappier.
Samsung phones are balanced, while chinese phones most of the time are focus on chipset and battery charging speeds, then sometimes display and camera sensors.
This is an easy example: https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=11418&idPhone2=11402
It's also true for the midrange and flagships:
                  https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?&idPhone1=11180&idPhone2=11268
                  https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?&idPhone1=11614&idPhone2=11251
Among Chinese brands, Xiaomi is the crappiest.
Vivo/IQOO, OPPO/Realme and Motorola are much better.

They literally did the same thing of making random numbers to make it hard to keep up. I honestly believe for 100% FACT they do this to confuse people to then force them to go for the S series. If you really want that then just cancel the budgets then instead of turning it into a puzzle and wasting people time and money on a phone they tought was new.

Thats what they did with the J series also why even cancel the J series it was literally a budget phone only to change it into the A series instead for literally no good reason.
