Until that phone was launched in 2019, I actually never heard of LG Mobile in general. Needless to say, it's worth the search. Since then, I train my YouTube Recommendation algorithm to not show any videos from big popular sponsored channels. I truly don't see the need to support them anymore, especially with their SamApple bias.

Ivo., 21 Sep 2022Oh, look, no horrible crease in the middle, Samsung! Congratulations, LG! You did it!But then again, LG has ample experience with rollable screen thanks to the Signature OLED TV R, so it's great to see LG applied it on a smartphone.

I watched the whole video and I definitely like this style. I have no interest in foldables. The main thing I think though is that I would prefer to have something the size of like the Pixel 6a or Mi A3 as a rollable rather than some already huge phone being a rollable. I don't like to carry huge phones and a big phone rolling into a bigger phone doesn't really make a lot of sense in my opinion. Similar to the current Vivo and Xiaomi folding phones. I don't know how I would have felt about it if this phone had actually been released. I owned a couple LG phones and I always thought the software was poop. I never owned any Samsungs, but they give off a similar vibe.

I don't see any big popular sponsored channels that talk about Android Desktop Mode other than them.

I'm more than happy to have this over any foldable screen smartphones. LG really needs to get their personnel and marketing right while not afraid to face the popularity race from SamApple knights.

My G5 is one of my favorite phones ever and had a beautiful replaceable battery. It feels like just yesterday that I was swapping them out

I am not a big fan o foldables to be fair... But this... Is really wow, and might have gotten me, after 2 or 3 iterations, to iron out all the kinks, on the "rollable" wagon.
As for folds everywhere... Yeaaa ... It's a hard pass, no, Niet, and so on...

Wow what the....I actually really want this phone. And considering how good LG was on pricing (relatively speaking) this would probably have been a lot cheaper than the fold by enough that I would have actually bought it.
