so no it won't be a gaming phone
The tests are mostly just usable and speed in the OS and loading times
it's great too see sony doing well in them tests
Sony likely just has good fast storage

As long as the Xperia PRO was the first and the best cooling system on a smartphone under 200 grams, it's no wonder this one can handle a lot of amazing surprises. AMAZING!

Without the cooler 1 IV drops to 60-66% SoC performance.
With Stream cooler applied 1IV retains 95-97% SoC performance.

I really look this Sony just enable gamers too choice a gaming smartphone with Res quality screen
I read so many comments about people wanting Sony too just make a gaming smartphone
So now it's happening
If you're into 4k gaming this the smartphone for you
Some gamer's prefer screen quality over higher Hz
I do hope games run well enough and wish the best of luck too such gamer's
Game developers please make sure your games are well optimized and not too domanding and are playable on this smartphone
The 16gb ram seems reasonable

But what Id like to see is graphic benchmarks of 1IV Gaming edition while in Performance mode of Game Enhancer.
It would certainly be interesting to see how its Performance gaming mode fairs to those topping graphic benchmarks of Rog Phone 6 Pro in its X gaming mode.
So far, and according to revs here, without that X mode turned on, 1IV performs better even with the older 8gen chip...Wonder what it would do in Performance mode.

Nothing half assed about it, they ve been developing the Game Enhancer app and been officialy sponsoring e-sports events with 1 series for over two years now, rounding up the all in one multimedia( gaming incl.) flagship phone, and now offer a cooling/streaming addon gadget to supplement it.
They dont have a dedicated gaming phone model, they just implemented it into their flagship series.
