Luckily I got mine about 3 Mo ago with official price from JD. XBOX price may eventually increased somehow followiing the trend, I presume.

The sales are comparable.if one console sold 20 million while not being on shelves majority of the time and other one sold 14 million while being available everywhere is less than comparable. if only Sony could produce PS5 more, they would have sold much more.
I am not against Xbox. in fact I waited long for a PS5 and now thinking about getting a Xbox series X.

Not to mention the games on PS5 are more expensive than PC

Sony is the worse of all. Microsoft and Nintendo didn't raised their prices. Maybe they are living on another planet, lol.
Sony saw that people want their console so much, so they thought why not make some extra profit out of it. Pathetic.
I have a reservation for a PS5 digital edition. But after seeing this news, I will immediately cancel my reservation and delete my Sony account. Sony never again. Sony is as bad as Apple. Sadly, people buy them.
I will probably buy a Steam Deck.
