Apple is too afraid to compete with Samsung.
Its so easy to predict the newest features of Apple these days. Just look at new Samsung features from 3-4 years ago, always like that.
Amoled display? Full screen phone? Bigger phone size? Widget? Costomize lock screen? Punch hole display? Multitasking tablet? Foldable phone? Well that was innovation from years ago.
Even apple owned apps are all mediocre compared to other leading apps. Apple maps, Apple TV, Apple music, list continues.
Thank to collaboration between Samsung and Google, we now can get real innovation.

Jacky, 24 Aug 2022Who cares? So the software update won't be in a month, it will be in 2 or 3 or whenever... It’s actually a VERY BiG deal. You don’t want to run new iOS 16 software on an iPhone and Apple Watch but the iPad and Macbook run on older iOS 15previous software. The devices don’t work properly with each other. You may like bugs and software glitches but I hate it.

When it comes to compare iPhone to Android, you use 3954368043968049358 Android phones.
Ok. Take a look at the pixel. How many issue did it have? Use GSMArena search above.. look under news. Some people update their Pixels.. get 12 instead of 13 ahahaaa.

Windows fails every update to deliver a good version without issues and android, well only 1% of people has the latest version so it will take forever!

I guess Apple software engineers are on “Holiday” half the year instead of doing their Only job.....once a year software update.....

Android phone makers take 1 year to release a major Android OS update to a point new major version is soon to be released already and everyone is standing in line like quiet little sheep. LOL?

TBH, I do not really care as there is nothing new, at least nothing meaningful.
Hopefully it will not be another buggy launch, we had those on iOS/iPadOS more than enough already.
I use iPad Pro since 2015 and TBH any hope for better software vanished with years of no progress.
