The rest of the Oppo lineup will still be filled with bloatware, lags and poor battery life after a few months and of course Oppo's specialty, inconsistent software support.

and no, color os wont behave like normal android. they have worse optimization in their midrange phones. unless you have to sell your kidney to buy find x5 to avoid sluggishness

All corporations do that. Patents are generally a rather clear cut and usually gets settled in courts. You can't just "evade" patents, whatever that even means. Evading them is changing approach enough that you're not infringing the patent. That's not a new concept you know...

They also like to buy out companies, take all tech and patents then completely destroy the work force and company, imagine technologies are a recent main one. I also remember back when the galaxy s3 was around and apple sued Samsung over using the Google search bar widget so in amaerica the galaxy phones got an update so they couldn't use it. Ahhhh hipocrites gotta love em 😂😂😂
