Lithium ion batteries usually degrade within 2 years, so am not sure where you got your data from. Also, I have used huawei phones before, even before the us ban took effect. They do not have battery information like what the iphone has, where it tells you the battery health etc.

I was so hyped initially but it is overpriced, slow charging, average SoC, not wort 300 let alone 500 euros.

bulbulito.bayagbag, 08 Jul 2022Fast charging equates to faster battery degradation, no matter what manufacturers say about it... moreI charged my P40 pro at 40w and 27w wirelessly for a year and 2 months, it lost 2% total battery capacity and that's an early 2020 device so no, even after 3 years at 60w charging at worst you're looking at 10-12% which means nothing if your battery charges from 0-100% in 30 mins or less.

Either you replace the battery once degraded, in 2 years probably, or get a new handset, since most android oem's do not prioritize os software updates as well.
