When the ban become effective, SGS3 already replaced by SGS 4. So where is the point suing something obsolete..? For the pride and dignity maybe.

"It is easier to make a wheel, than to invent it."... morei do not know if samsung copied or not, but if they did, their copy is a lot better, that's inovation they took something made it hell of a lot better. apple surely copied a lot, we all know that because this brand is not the type to come up with stuff on it's own and after they copied they kept it simple no inovation, nothing new. everybody will copy it's like asking to make a car without copying any others how can't you copy? give it 8 wheels up and down, not giving it windows. some things must be the same

The only people who will truly win out of this will be Apple's fat cat $1000 an hour corporate lawyers who don't give a flying rats arse who wins or loses as long as they get paid.Even Apple will ultimately lose out if they keep digging themselves into a deeper and deeper hole.
