I don't buy phone where I'm trembling by default about broken glass replacement price. Also it's not easy to replace plastic backs because they don't just pop out like plastic back covers in the past. They are glued just like glass backs.

Anonymous, 19 Jun 2022glass is glass and glass break Plastic is plastic and plastic scratches if you just look at it funny. And to prevent plastic from scratching you put more plastic over plastic. Makes perfect sense!

Opposed to using glass that scratches very hard and if that still bothers you, you put plastic over it. Everyone whining about glass breaking like they break every single phone they owned. In last 12 years of using smartphones I've not shattered or even just cracked a single display or back glass. I guess I'm doing something wrong if they are so incredibly fragile...

Great, so it's plastic. It'll either scratch super easily because it's soft material. Or you put another layer of plastic case over it... If phone is glass, you have a choice of using just bare glass. Or you still put plastic over it. CHOICE. Not to mention glass is way better heat conductor than plastic, making cooling of phone better.

F4 is a rebranded K40s with Global ROM and prob better network support (4G b7/20/28 etc.)

And plastic back isn't that bad, it's basically impossible to break (unlike the glass on my Mi11) and xiaomi includes cases with phones which most people do use

The only pain point I have with it today is maybe the camera quality, but even then you can still get decent shots in strong sunlight.

I wouldn't pay an extra 100 Euros (guessing here) for basically the same device. More RAM and having another year of updates doesn't really justify the delta between their two pricetags IMHO.

If retail price, might as well get the F4 at early bird price. In most countries, Poco F3 is out of stock.

Since this will be priced higher than Poco F3(Mi 11x in my country), would it make sense to buy Poco f3 instead? I have heard about Proximity sensor issues being very bad on poco f3. Also poco f3 in my country has only two 5g bands certification, which is a deal breaker imo.
