Honestly, design wise it looks good. Nothing too fancy but it keeps everything on place and clean. Even the bezels look symetrical.

Maybe there are some issues but it's not as widespread as you make it out to be.
Most of my Samsung devices have been Exynos and only my old S7 had a restart issue and my even older S4 had a screen issue....apart from those 2 phones, nothing else wrong.
Maybe do some hands on research before spreading rumours.

I don't want to know how many exynos 850 chips Sammy had at the start of this year because literally every budget phone Samsung releases under 200 has it (m13, a13 4g, a04s, a03core, prolly also a03)

This is a good deal for a budget phone! No fake cameras and other gimmicks--just a straughforward phone.
