T-mobile for up and down for 3 months that it wasn't them it was LG's fault would you like to see the email T-Mobile sent me saying that it is strictly LG's fault and LG will fix cuz I can post if y'all would like to see
I found out what's going on with my LG phone.
Korea discontinued LG phones. And because my phone and tablet are LG they will eventually completely stop working.
How fair is that of Metro/Teen mobile to just let the service on our LG phones go with out giving us a heads up. While we still pay the bill with little to no service!

About a month ago a box showed up on my phone that said LG IMS and kept flashing Seconds Apart on the screen
I contacted T-Mobile for about 2 weeks on and off going back and forth finding out they had me looking for things on my phone that my phone did not have
They offered me a new phone however when I went to a T-Mobile store they told me I had to go to another T-Mobile store
I then called another T-Mobile and requested to talk to the manager who told me he would take care of me
However when I arrived at that T-Mobile location he pushed me off to a Salesman who basically told me he could not help me and recommended that I should go and start an account with Verizon
I called T-Mobile again and they've offered to give me $100 towards an upgrade
My phone retailed for $800 I've had it for a while but the fact is they sold me defective merchandise
My phone has been acting up since Sunday. I have shut down for a few hours, then turned it back on-Problem not solved. I turned it off last night and turned it back on this morning-Problem not solved. I turned it off again earlier for an hour-Problem not solved,yet. So, what should I do?esa
Today, I can't make or receive a call. I got a message, "Mobile network is unavailable." My service provider is T-Mobile and my phone is LG Stylo 5. I rebooted my phone several times, but it didn't help. Any suggestions? Thanks.

T-Mobile I hope you you see this because if the rules weren't applicable I wouldn't have worded this so nicely❤️. I'm 16 and still in highschool, I have 2 younger siblings so I rely heavily on my phone to contact my parents as my brother can't contact them and neither can my sister, this message came up on Sunday morning so when I woke up I just kept saying "Unfortunately LG IMS has stopped" and it scared me a little. I looked up every solution and tried all of it. I even tried factory resetting it with my dad's knowledge. I backed up everything and then hit reset. None of it worked, now I lost my data which I also heavily relied on when I had to cross the street away from the school building because without wifi I used my data to contact my parents. T-Mobile better find who's responsible and make them fix it because I'm not going to have the lives of my siblings and I jeopardized because T-Mobile wants to make money but you do you girlboss. I hope you know my school offers law so if it comes down to it I'll sue for public endangerment and child endangerment because I have friends who use T-Mobile so God forbid they have an LG and can't contact their parents either. There are several individuals who either cannot leave their home and need a phone on them at all times and not to mention babysitters who are too shy to ask for the wifi password because they don't want to be rude and kids watching their younger siblings who need to use their phone but can't because the LG IMS won't work. So I propose a solution, if T-Mobile ever finds this comment and bothers to read it all the way, sell replacements for 99% off so that way you're still making money or get sued and potentially lose loyal customers which would ultimately result in a significant loss in profit in the long run. God forbid they attempt this with iPhones and Samsung's. T-Mobile really gatekeep, gaslight, girlbossed too hard the messed up. Tough luck if they lose business but I won't be sympathetic. I'm not saying I hope they lose business, I'm saying they better fix the problem because so many people could be put into unsafe situations because of this problem since T-Mobile allegedly sees it as an opportunity to make a significant profit off of other people's misfortunes. You do you I guess.
I have an LG T-Mobile V20 but have since switched to consumer cellular using the same defice. As of 5/27/2022 at 5:00 PM despite powering my phone off and on I am still seeing the message "Unfortunately, LG IMS has stopped." Since I am on consumer cellular, will the T-Mobile fix be pushed to my device?

The bug still actively "IS" causing a massive problem for tons of LG users. It has been 4 whole days now - and counting - with no fix. Phones affected were not listed or advised against due to potential network upgrade issues. No one said, "since LG has closed their phone business, it is strongly recommended LG users change brands immediately due to impending failures..." The situation is very seriously affecting a lot of people right now and could possibly lead to an avoidance of products or services, depending on who is responsible.

No it has not been resolved after an hour and a half on the phone I was put on hold and then got a survey on how the call was I got absolutely no help
What is LG going to do about this on going issue will you ve offering discounts for customers to purchase new phones?

1. Turn on airplane mode
2. Settings - apps. Click on menu in upper right
3. Show system.
4. Scroll down to the com.lg.ims.rcsprovider
5. Tap storage - clear cache clear data
6. Tap back
7. Force stop
9. Turn airplane mode off
Should be ok
