And my tests on my ticwatch always matched to some extent exercise levels, levels of excitement and so forth. Or when you run it guesses you're running and raises the numbers? Have you ever wondered what those lights in the back are for? Your comment is so early 2000s dude, where have you been? Under an ECG machine?

You can install an app on your phone that does generate a random number, it most likely be more accurate than "ECG" on a smartwatch.

And RAM matters for performance as well as battery life
More RAM means the app doesn't need to be constantly reloaded
(I don't think battery life will be great)

And having with me 2 or more devices which does same tricks is a no for me.
