Manufacturers have lost their minds with the garbage they�... moreThese phones, along with a lot of other phones from HONOR, vivo, OPPO, etc. are specifically targeting "offline customers" aka customers who go to brick and mortar stores to buy phones. These customers tend to focus a lot more on appearance and feeling in hand rather than specs on paper. That combined with tricks from sales representatives are the reasons why these phones still exist and sell incredibly well.

Also there is a chip shortage but that dont seem to affect phones market if they can make so much garbage

Been hearing a lot from Honor shills (hi, EricDVP) that other brands often copy from Huawei/Honor. Well, the table turned now with the Play 6T a copy of Redmi Note 11 and 6T Pro copied from Oppo.
