I have been a Fitbit user for a long time and the Sense was the first disappointment. The heart rate monitor has been horrible and they have acknowledged it in the Community pages. I have invested too much time into their brand to not five them another chance, maybe two, but my first and only hope is that they cure that issue.

They need to sort out their quality control. Way to many fitbits are returned due to issues with hardware and software. It's unacceptable.

Will be interested to see what these bring. Have been using the Sense since launch, I find it almost the perfect balance between actually useful smart watch features and acceptable battery life.

As an iPhone user, most would suggest I use an Apple watch, but having tried both the series 4 and later the SE (both of which I returned) I just can't get on with that 'up to 18 hour battery life' nonsense.

The Apple watch tries to do everything, and ends up not doing it for very long, the Sense does pretty much what you'd need a smart watch to do and lasts several times longer between charges. This to me is a better solution.

I'd be happy with a Sense 2 offering the same features, but with even longer battery life to be honest.

no need for wearOS. it just sucks the battery. they can have connected voice assistant, voice call handling, responding messages, spotify, contactless payment with a more energy efficient OS. we see these features in the market without wearOS. a Qi support would be great as well.

GUI is slow and glitchy but the smartwatch does the job done with other functions.

A new Fitbit-watch is not needed. Because there is nothing else they can introduce other than the same functions.

I have been waiting for a good smart watch from Fitbit. I want the Fitbit to have that feature that can answer and talk into the watch like the apple watch. I guess I am going to have to keep my XS around until it happens.
