Netflix, Amazon, Disney, HBO, etc...what a bunch of crap. All of them want your money and offer very few worthy content. Don't tell anyone but the torrent era is on a comeback. Every one of those platforms have content that is exclusive and that is bad. Instead of a unique platform where you can buy a subscription and watch all content, noooo, everyone wants you to subscribe to them. Well, there's more torrent sites than content platforms, that is all I have to say and you only have to pay for your internet provider.

I wonder how will they know specially for those who have multiple devices? In my case, I have three phones, a tablet, and two laptops, all of them have my Netflix account. LOL

Content on Netflix is so s**t here in Europe I didn't even dare to share my password with anyone. In fact I don't even share it with myself because I've unsubscribed from it ages ago. I literally watched it all there is on Netflix. There aren't even any movie classics like Alien or Die Hard franchise on it. Like, wtf?

How are they deciding if you are sharing your account... Purely on profiles or based on multiple locations accessing ?

Netflix is meant to be mobile and if I go back to home country to visit I will log into my account on the TV of family I am staying with... They will now think that due to IP address in different country I am sharing my account?

There seems to be a big grey area here where innocent people can get hit.

It's kind of a weird decision to basically punish patrons with paying accounts instead of trying to curb piracy. This backlash will just ruin their brand even more.

Netflix make it so difficult to watch in 4k and even 1080 for example I think Chromebooks are still linked to 720p so even if you have the galaxy Chromebook with a 4k oled display, you're out of luck and some phones still cannot get full HD.

On the other hand, their content are widely pirated and it's easier to watch in HD and sometimes 4k on pirate sites than having the required hardware to do so.
