Most of the movies on Netflix have a score of 5 IMDB...old movies and not really something amazing.I just keep the Netflix for my family. But if the share password will not be available, also now the price has increased,I will close the Netflix account .I can find much better movies, for free on torrents!

KondriX, 17 Mar 2022Strange logic, but if everyone will be torrenting, who's gonna pay for the content? If no... moreSo, this is an interesting misconception folks have over piracy. You are entirely correct it costs money to make this content and piracy does not reward that.

I am certain some folks are in it purely to free-load. However, I suspect a not insignificant portion is like myself.

I partake because it's available, but that is not to say I would if it was not. If it was not (evidenced by the relative rarity I watch things, even on NF) - I would not partake at all.

The content has been made, but it still lacks my monetary contribution.

This isn't some moral justification by the way, I am just stating cold facts.

I am not lost if somehow the industry died due to not making the requisite money - I have never seen the value for $20 for something I watch maybe once a decade.

It's a bit convoluted to consider piracy a flat "loss". It presumes income that may not have been forthcoming in any manner.

My stance is try to reward what you enjoy, but don't give charity. Ie, I read a lot of scanned manga online - if I liked it, I try to buy hard copies. Of course, access is often the issue there, even beyond value.

I also greatly dislike being treated like a felon for having legitimately paid. I rooted my tablet, but guess what? That kills Widevine drm, and now for the simple act of trying to use my device as I wish, one platform has broken entirely.

Purely artificial - and now Netflix is forever 720p - and already a bitch to install. Every other app works, so it's just being petty - and a child ought to be scolded for acting the part.

At any rate, some things in this world *are* just overpriced, and this is in a way a corrective measure - if they'd take heed.

At one point, they did. Now, they repeat their folly and so confront its prophesized consequences.

Dcsux, 17 Mar 2022Dc has absolute worsttt suprhero moviesIt's truly lamentable they've never really managed to carry over the charm of their animated universe to cinema.

There's like only two or three DC films I'd say are any good, and only one in their abortive attempt at matching the MCU.

Gsmahub, 17 Mar 2022Does isp know when I watch prnoIn theory, it's possible. Https helps by encrypting your traffic, a vpn's a stop higher on top.

Realistically, unless you live in some backward society that thinks so much as seeing a woman results in the unmitigated urge to rape... nobody gives a shit if you watch pron or not.

Anyone judging you will have their own to explain, so I wouldn't worry too much. The internet has something for everyone, so you go have your fun.

I know somewhere that doesn't even need a password to share around.

Live like cable, die like cable.

I've actually pirated very little since we subscribed to Netflix, compared to prior. Guess what - with all the fragmentation and increasingly decreased value? I'm signing on with the Swedish navy again.

No Widevine bull for my rooted devices, no need to sub to 4 services to get a decent catalogue, the highest def I can find regardless of subscription tier.

They really learned nothing, did they? The stats make it abundantly clear - the second they started fractioning services, piracy started growing again.

Who am I to buck a trend?

SHAZAMM, 17 Mar 2022Dude thats the funny part...they been increasing prices year on year by 1us...on top of that..... morethey had a comfort zone for being the first on many markets outside the US. that brought them sweet money for a few years without competition. however,I suppose they started feeling more pressure as amazon and hbo began increasing footprints, too. they shouldn't be cutting value so easily from now on.

Everyone's having a superpower and they fight all the time. Every Marvel, DC or any other superhero movie. Aren't you bored of the same story over and over?! The lack of imagination has reached an all time low in the sci-fi movies of the last 10 years if you ask me 😒
