Then rebranded as axon in couple months.
Pretty aggressive pricing here, undercutting the likes of Realme and Xiaomi whilst including at least on paper a far superior camera setup to the Xiaomi 12 and Realme gt2 pro. Will be interested to see if Nubia can optimise the cameras any way well though. Great hardware for the price though.
1/1.3in sensor paired with f/1.6 lens on 35mm focal length. That's gonna create some good enough bokeh.
It's also going to be kinda difficult to get everything in focus without a way to close down aperture.
I'm just hoping that ZTE can commit to give at least 3 years of major updates and constant minor updates so I can see this phone as a real competitor to other flagships out there.

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2022So, "pioneers on Android" is now the term for "we copied it from Apple", b... moreCharging via help of magnets isn't anything new or even any innovation. Has existed for a long time. The Sony Xperia Z was the first smartphone to introduce magnetic charging on their phones in 2013. Then there were other brands to experiment with the idea. And then soon every Android manufacturer was using wireless charging to replace that and mostly every flagship Android phone had that feature
All apple did was take those two features and form into one and introduce it on iphones, because no one was using wireless and magnets at the same time. Realme did copy the same thing, but apple didn't innovate anything there to let you know. Both tech have existed long before apple and realme started to put into their phones

Pardon my ignorance, but isn't magnetic wireless charging something like MagSafe? Can someone explain this?
This looks ugly to me, those sharp corners are just no for me. + that magnetic thing is just copy-paste from Apple so nothing really new.
Finally! A phone manufacturer willing to buck the ever wider focal length of the main camera trend, and they've managed to do this with a 1/1.3 sensor.
The s22 ultra manages to be even wider than the s 21 ultra, they are almost ultra wide.
I wish this phone had the Samsung hmx 108mp which bins to 27mp, the ability to stop down and a 1440p screen, but it'
Magnetick speed is 60W?
So, "pioneers on Android" is now the term for "we copied it from Apple", but if we say it's first on Android it's "pioneering". lol
Also, wasn't Realme first to copy magnetic Qi charging from Apple and use it on Android? Or that stuff never actually materialized?
