Realme 9 Pro+ for 1k more sounds like a much better deal to me, A12 out of the box, dual stereo speakers, much better camera with OIS (on paper at least), but loses the microSD slot and probably HDR10+ as well!
I felt that maybe I could trade in my X7 Max for the 9P+, but the camera really doesn't seem to be that hugely improved despite the sensor and OIS from initial impressions.

The only thing I like about this phone is the dual-SIM + mSD slot on opposing sides (first time I'm seeing this), kinda like the dual-sided SIM trays (like how Find X introduced it back in the day), now every phone with dual SIM could technically include the mSD slot as well if they choose so without increasing the length!

If OnePlus did that marketing trick on their flagship-grade smartphones, that would be a completely different story altogether.

Apple at least just does it, even if decisions are seen as stupid. Remember how Samsung mocked Apple for removal of charger? Behold, just few months later they released phones without it. So stupid.

Dedicated micro sd slot is a great thing at this price range. None of the competitors 5g smartphone had it at this range

Was supposed to wait for the A53 but settled with the A52s.
