Anonymous, 10 Feb 2022Whatever chipset they use in their home country will be better choiceMaybe samsung lack of confident for it's own exynos this time and realize the exynos less powerful than snapdragon.

Poor Europeans. I too buy Galaxy S phones from Europe, with my friends. Hope by the next gen, they make Exynos better or switch to SD entirely

              More markets with qualcomm.
Just a proof that they consider snapdragon better option.

imo, they should let the consumer choose which one he wants, since they went and made two versions of the trio in the first place, otherwise, if they were really confident with their own shit, there'd only one option for everyone.

Both are high end chips, so everday user won't feel much of a difference. Let's wait for the image processing and battery endurance tests first.

Damn, the exynos yield must be very low.

Since Samsung listed India for Gen 1, there must be probability Nepal getting Gen 1 too

Cause of this behaviour is chip shortage.
For Samsung it is financially better to mass produce Snapdragon than produce own chips that will be used in 3 phones (of the same series).
Chip production is highly valuable now.

Okay it's been awhile with no Snapdragon in a Samsung flagship here so maybe have a rethink about this phone in Oz as I'm waiting and hoping that Google will get its house in order with its 6pro
