Jack hole is good only for catching water dust and moisture nothing else.
Compared to that wireless was always future doesnt matter how you look at.
For TV yoiu use your remote controler you dont switch TV stations manualy.
For many else you use remote same way you can use wireless and others too.
Being ignorant to new tech doesnt matter becuase maufacturers and brands will make what brings profit for them and not something whats cost almost the same to make like price to sell for customers.

There, fixed that for you. 3.5mm jack NEVER need to be recharged and can be used with ANY wired earphones or headphones. Once the battery in the wireless earbuds has completely died, that's it - it's all over and you have to buy a brand new one.

I know loads of people who still keep their old phones with headphone jack despite using the newer one without it. Heck, there are even people who outright buy older phones with headphone jack than without it as seen with the Samsung Galaxy S10 series. Of course, there are people like me who no longer embrace wireless audio and now going all wired, but that's a different matter.

My place does have 5G network, but it's so spotty that I keep using 4G all the time. About reverse wireless charging, my current smartphone doesn't have it. Since my current charger doesn't have an extra port for my earbuds, I have to get another charger just for it. I also agree about cables never been obsolete. Not only it eliminate latency lag which is super useful for gaming, but it also enable more bandwith for higher resolution.
